Our Interior Design Process
Step 1
INITIAL CONSULTATION & VISION
We begin with a complimentary conversation about your home, lifestyle, priorities and budget. A planned site visit helps us understand the space and define the design brief.
Step 2
PROPOSAL, AGREEMENT & ONBOARDING
We prepare a tailored proposal with a clear scope, fees and realistic estimates. Once the terms are agreed, we outline the next steps and begin onboarding.
Step 3
PLANNING &
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We develop layouts, design concepts and 3D visualisations, then review the details with you. Contractor quotations help align the proposed design with your budget before execution begins.
Step 4
BUILD-OUT, STYLING & HANDOVER
We coordinate design decisions with contractors and site teams, review progress, and help select materials and finishes. Final styling and a walkthrough bring the approved design through to handover.

Which areas of Bangalore do you serve?
Our studio is based in Whitefield, Bangalore. We work primarily across Whitefield, Kadugodi, Hoodi, Sarjapur Road and Bellandur, and consider residential projects in Varthur, Panathur, Budigere Cross and other Bangalore locations depending on project scope.
How much does residential interior design cost in Bangalore?
Interior design costs depend on the property's size, the extent of customisation, material choices and execution requirements. A 3 BHK apartment and a large luxury villa have very different budgets. CozyNest Interiors provides project-specific estimates after understanding the design brief, property and expected scope of work.

What is your interior design process?
Our process begins with an initial consultation to understand your home, lifestyle and requirements. We then develop a proposal, proceed through space planning and detailed design, and coordinate the design through execution and handover. Neelu M remains personally involved throughout the project.
Who leads the projects at CozyNest Interiors?
CozyNest Interiors was founded in 2008 by Neelu M, its Founder and Principal Designer. She personally guides the design direction and remains involved from the first site visit through design development, execution reviews and final handover.
How can I book an interior design consultation?
You can contact CozyNest Interiors through our website, email info@cozynestinteriors.in or call +91 99450 01156.
